EYELASH EXTENSION CARE
Don't fret when you see your natural lashes shed with the extension- it's completely normal! We shed about 3-5 eyelashes a day for the growth of a new lash, its all part of the lash cycle.
When you get your new set of lashes or your fresh fill, it is imperative that you do not do the things that will cause premature shedding.
However, you will also see lashes that will fall off the natural lash over time due to many things. First, be sure to wash your lashes before your appointment! Lashes need to be clean in order for the extension to adhere to your natural lash.
Water:
Do NOT wet lashes for at least 12 hours. Lashes are cured at the end of the appointment with a mister but it is recommended to stay out of oil-infused saunas or any oil-based makeup removers.

Cosmetics:
Oil-based products such as eyeliners, eyeshadows, foundation, and moisturizers can break down the adhesive used for extensions.

Be sure to wash your lashes after beating your face with makeup for a night out.
Brushes are available for purchase during your appointment.

Picking / Pulling
Do not pick and pull at lashes as it may damage your hair follicle which will reduce the strength of your natural lashes or ultimately damage the follicle!

Sleeping / Activities
Sleeping on your face or in a fetal position may incur in premature shedding.
Naturally, we produce oils in our face throughout the day and night. When we sleep on our face, the oil built up during the day (when you do not wash your face) or the oils that we produce overnight will sit on our lashes and break down the adhesive.

Sweating accessively either naturally or because of exercise will increase the likelihood of premature shedding. Please be sure to wash your face and eyelashes thoroughly after an extensive workout!

Retention

The best retention cannot depend solely on the products used. We ensure that only the best products are used for your safety and beauty. Your job is to be sure to maintain your lashes by carefully washing them or keeping them clean and to brush them daily.
