Booking Policy 

Upon booking you will receive an email confirmation detailing your appointment and the location. 

If it so happens that you cannot make your appointment please give a 24-hour notice before your appointment. Failing to do so will result in a "No Show Ban" and all future appointments will be declined.

Any cancellation on the day of your appointment will result in a 50% deposit for your next requested appointment. 

Any retention issues following a full set or fill must be communicated to the tech within 48 hours of the service for a fix.
